What are the signs and symptoms of the vanquished people? The discourse will cover ways to recognize the signs and inform us of potential solutions. This is part of an essay Narveen is writing on this topic.

Narveen is an essayist and paints in oils and gouache. She is the president and director of the InstituteCHT which sponsors these Independent Scholars Evenings.
